Free visits to The Sandeman Caves and Quinta do Seixo

The Sandeman Caves in Vila Nova de Gaia and Quinta do Seixo, in the Douro, can be visited free of charge and includes a tasting of two Port wines on Sunday mornings during the summer.

In addition, the two spaces have special programs for the summer months, with activities for the whole family and for all those interested in traveling through the universe of Port Wine, as well as tastings of other wines and harmonizations whose prices can be consulted through the application aCarta via qrcode reading.

The entrance to the two spaces remains limited to 10 visitors per group/visit, in order to ensure, throughout the circuit, the necessary social distance and that both spaces allow to meet due to its large dimension. At Quinta do Seixo, the tour circuits are already adapted to privilege the use of outdoor spaces and contact with nature.

The Sandeman Caves and Quinta do Seixo are open every day between 10:00 and 18:00, and 10:30 am and 6:30 pm, respectively. Prior booking is recommended for anyone who wishes to visit both spaces.

Reopened since June, they bear the seal 'Clean & Safe Establishment', bringing together all the conditions and measures imposed by DGS and Turismo de Portugal.
